Consignment software

Consignment, from agreement to payout.

Take in consigned items with a signed agreement, list them everywhere you sell, and know exactly what you owe each consignor and when. Consignors follow their items and payouts on their own page.

Intake

One consignment, many items

Each consignment holds the consignor's details and every item they bring in, with its condition, accessories and photos. The consignor signs the agreement on screen, and you can print it or email it to them.

  • Commission per item: a percentage of the sale price or a fixed amount
  • Start and end dates, so you know when an agreement runs out
  • Every item gets its own number and is followed to the shelf
Selling

Consigned items sell like your own stock

A consigned item goes through the same steps as everything else: photos, details, review and listing on eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, WooCommerce, Wix and Google Shopping, plus product feeds for Chrono24, Facebook and Instagram Shops, and Pinterest. When it lists and when it sells, the consignment is updated automatically.

Payouts

Know what you owe, and when

  • Commission and payout are worked out the moment an item sells
  • The marketplace fee and shipping cost fill in as they arrive
  • A payout falls due once the buyer's return period is over
  • One page shows what you owe, to whom, and how overdue it is
  • Record how you paid: Zelle, wire, cash or check
Consignors

A portal for your consignors

Consignors see their items, what sold, and what they are owed on their own private page. That means fewer "has my item sold yet?" calls and emails.

Questions

How is the consignor's payout worked out?

From the terms in the agreement: the sale price minus your commission (a percentage or a fixed amount) and the costs you agreed to pass on. It is filled in automatically when the item sells.

When does a payout fall due?

Once the buyer's return period for the channel it sold on is over. The agreement sets how many days after that you pay.

Can consignors check on their items themselves?

Yes. Each consignor has a private page showing their items, what has sold and what they are owed.

Can I sell consigned items on eBay and my own website?

Yes. Consigned items are listed like the rest of your stock, on every channel you connect.
